running

Hi ya, this post will be about...exercise!! Wohoo, okay. So I've started doing some stuff again and I honestly have to tell you it's been really good. Well, running makes me ache and whatever but afterwards I feel so great, and I sleep alot better too, well except last night I had a really really weird dream but dreams are usually interesting unless they're nightmares, then they're scarry and interesting :D I used to do lots of sports in junior high but after that I quit and I've just randomly been playing tennis with my mum. The only downside with exercising is that your appetite will grow so you might not lose weight even thought that was the point of starting exercising.
